Oversight of Bplay.com (Magmic's direct-to-consumer BlackBerry app store) and other D2C mobile app stores and carrier portals owned and operated by Magmic.
Managing Development, Marketing, and Customer Support groups and responsible for the direct-to-consumer distribution and marketing of BlackBerry apps, themes, games, and ringtones developed by in-house and third-party developers.
Directing the execution of e-mail marketing, merchandising, affiliate marketing, social media conversations, customer communications, product marketing copy, and promotions.
Managing payment gateways (Credit Card, Carrier Billing, PSMS, etc.) with regard to billing terms, fraud mitigation and management, and strategy.
Additional responsibilities include driving web feature strategy, user experience design, SEO, SEM, and managing payment gateways.
